About the role

The Senior Director of Supply Chain will lead end‑to‑end operations for a fast‑moving fashion retailer, overseeing raw‑material sourcing, production, and warehouse delivery across multiple product categories. This hands‑on leader will drive operational excellence, sustainability, and resilience in a global, innovation‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full supply‑chain flow for Shoes, Handbags, Swimwear, and Jewelry, from raw‑material sourcing to warehouse delivery.
• Develop and execute vendor strategy for a network of 10+ factories across 5+ countries, managing relationships and performance.
• Oversee Materials Research & Development, focusing on testing and scaling next‑generation sustainable materials.
• Champion sustainability initiatives, including circular design and end‑of‑life take‑back programs.
• Identify and implement supply‑chain technologies, process improvements, and analytics to improve visibility and performance.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in sourcing, materials, and production, preferably within fashion accessories or footwear.
• Deep knowledge of multi‑category product supply chains in footwear, accessories, or related sectors.
• Proven track record building and managing international vendor networks with diversification strategies.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with creative and technical teams and translate innovation into actionable plans.
