Senior Director of Sales – Loungefly

About the role

The Senior Director of Sales – Loungefly will lead the wholesale sales strategy for Funko’s fashion‑accessory brand across North America. Reporting to senior leadership, you will own revenue, margin and profitability targets while expanding the brand’s retail footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Own annual and long‑range revenue, margin and profitability goals for Loungefly.
• Develop and execute national account strategies across specialty, mass, department store, club, marketplace, off‑price and trend‑driven channels.
• Identify, negotiate and secure new retail partnerships to broaden distribution and drive profitable growth.
• Lead executive customer relationships, joint business planning, line reviews and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve revenue, productivity and profitability.
• Design channel strategies that align assortment, pricing, exclusivity and distribution objectives.
• Expand Loungefly into new retail channels, including mass, club, value, off‑price and emerging specialty accounts.
• Partner with Marketing, Planning and Operations to support product launches, promotions, forecasting and inventory alignment.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team while fostering cross‑functional alignment.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in national account sales within consumer‑goods or fashion‑accessory categories.
• Demonstrated track record of scaling brands, meeting revenue targets and expanding retail distribution.
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing high‑performing sales teams.
• Excellent analytical ability to use POS data, consumer insights and market trends for commercial decisions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Product, Planning, Finance and Operations.
