On-Premise Representative

About the role

The On-Premise Representative will act as a local brand ambassador for Constellation Brands, building strong relationships with bars, restaurants and entertainment venues in the Burbank area. This field‑based position focuses on expanding product availability, driving sales and increasing brand visibility for the company’s beer portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key on‑premise accounts, securing new placements in both draft and package formats.
• Achieve sales and distribution targets through regular account visits, product placement checks and POS material execution.
• Plan and execute on‑premise events, samplings, staff trainings and promotions to boost brand awareness.
• Educate account staff and consumers on product features, benefits and unique selling points.
• Monitor competitive activity, market trends and consumer preferences, providing regular reports to sales leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred) with ~1 year of outside sales or food‑and‑beverage experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and ability to travel flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
• Self‑starter with strong planning, prioritisation and execution skills.
