Senior Director of Product & Experience Design

About the role

Bevi is seeking a Senior Director to lead the design of both its hardware and digital experiences. You will shape the look, feel, and functionality of Bevi machines and their user interfaces, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a unified design language across hardware and software, overseeing CMF standards.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of Industrial Designers and UI/UX Designers, fostering craft excellence and career growth.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Marketing to translate roadmap priorities into design direction and protect design integrity through production.
• Build and maintain design systems and processes that scale with the expanding product line.

Required profile

• 10+ years of design experience with at least 5 years leading both industrial and UI/UX design teams.
• Proven track record managing multidisciplinary design teams and delivering connected hardware or consumer electronics products.
• Strong communication skills to influence executives, engineers, and cross‑functional partners.
