About the role

We are partnering with a world‑renowned creative studio that blends advertising, immersive experiences, and entertainment. The studio seeks a visionary Senior Director of Marketing to lead marketing, PR, and communications for its Advertising and Immersive divisions during a period of rapid transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic marketing and communications that support the business’s transformation and shape client perception of innovative creative products.
• Lead and develop the Advertising and Immersive marketing team across London and the US, ensuring clear direction and global alignment.
• Define and execute brand, PR, and social strategies that build awareness, highlight differentiation, and maintain the brand’s tone of voice.
• Stay ahead of platform‑native content trends, social cadence, SEO, and emerging AI‑driven search behaviours.
• Serve as a credible spokesperson with senior leadership, journalists, and external partners, representing the brand at industry events.
• Collaborate with wider marketing and cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive internal communications and evaluate major industry opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven senior experience in a strategic marketing role, preferably within a communications, media, digital agency, or similar creative/entertainment business.
• Exceptional writing and editing abilities, capable of producing compelling copy, press releases, and marketing materials.
• Deep understanding of what resonates with diverse online audiences and fluency in current social and cultural trends.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and creative collaboration skills.
