Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership through senior managers to align marketing functions with strategic goals across broad functional areas.
• Direct development of market requirements, product strategy, technology roadmaps, and pricing for multiple product lines.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and sales, to launch new products and enhance existing ones.
• Conduct competitive analysis, monitor market research, and recommend product enhancements to increase market penetration.
• Establish pricing strategies that protect market leadership while improving profit margins.

• Demonstrated ability to lead a business unit or department through multiple managerial levels.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with experience evaluating key business challenges and delivering innovative solutions.
• Proven influence and negotiation skills at senior executive levels.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive positioning, and revenue growth strategies.
