KPU Lead

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a KPU Lead to drive marketing strategy for implant product upgrades. The role will guide cross‑functional teams to align product development with market opportunities and revenue goals. You will work closely with engineering, sales and manufacturing to ensure timely delivery of innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the assessment of market sizing and define opportunities for implant product upgrades.
• Develop market requirements, product strategy, pricing and business plans for new upgrades.
• Direct segment and functional teams, aligning marketing and engineering efforts with product unit objectives.
• Monitor competitive activity, customer needs and recommend enhancements to increase market penetration.
• Collaborate with account teams to create pricing strategies that improve profit margins.
• Interface with engineering, manufacturing and sales to communicate market needs and drive product development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15+ years of experience in marketing, product strategy or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior executives.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a deep understanding of semiconductor/fab operations.
