About the role

The Senior Director, Commercial Finance partners directly with Sales and Marketing leadership to shape profitable growth for HEINEKEN USA. This senior position blends deep financial expertise with a strong understanding of the beer market, distributor networks, and consumer trends.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Commercial Finance team through performance management, coaching, and business analytics.
• Provide inspirational leadership and foster a culture of first‑class business partnering.
• Collaborate with other Finance functions and cross‑functional partners to enhance the overall Finance organization.
• Promote fact‑based decision making and cost consciousness across the commercial organization.
• Influence Sales and Marketing leadership teams with actionable financial insights.
• Oversee the creation of value‑added analytics, business cases, scenario modelling, and competitive analysis.
• Maintain full P&L accountability for the U.S. region and execute PTW changes.
• Drive deployment of financial information throughout the company.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience, preferably in the beverage or consumer goods sector.
• Strong financial acumen combined with deep knowledge of the beer industry, distributor networks, and consumer dynamics.
• Ability to partner strategically with Sales and Marketing executives and influence commercial decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and develop high‑performing teams.
