Senior Director, Ad Measurement & Insights

About the role

Roku is seeking a Senior Director to own the end‑to‑end advertising measurement lifecycle. You will shape the vision for how ad effectiveness is measured across brand and performance campaigns, and act as the public face of Roku’s measurement expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute Roku’s measurement strategy, methodology, and go‑to‑market approach for all ad products.
• Build and scale a world‑class measurement and analytics organization, hiring and mentoring senior leads across verticals.
• Collaborate with Ad Sales, Client Services, Product, and Marketing to ensure insights are integrated into product and sales motions.
• Represent Roku at industry conferences, panels, and standards bodies as the measurement authority.
• Champion AI‑first workflows, automating report generation and leveraging AI agents for data analysis.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in advertising measurement, analytics, or research at a senior level.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Track record of building high‑performing teams and delivering measurable business impact.
• Deep understanding of both brand and performance marketing metrics.
