Senior DevOps Engineer – Development Operations

About the role

We are expanding our team with a Senior Engineer focused on Development Operations. The role provides technical leadership, strategic guidance, and architectural direction for DevOps across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with the Enterprise Architecture team and delivering innovative, customer‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor, coach and guide DevOps and engineering teams.
• Research, evaluate and recommend automated approaches for system administration and integration.
• Maintain strong relationships with third‑party vendors and partners.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to manage development environments.
• Plan and execute major and minor application releases, coordinating across staging and production.
• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts and custom modules.
• Troubleshoot production and non‑production issues using structured debugging techniques.
• Recommend and implement improvements to deployment patterns based on release learnings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of hands‑on experience with AWS, Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Strong technical leadership, strategic vision and architectural expertise.
• Experience administering Azure DevOps for on‑premise and remote applications.
• Proven ability to drive continuous integration, delivery and infrastructure reliability.
