Senior Designer - Creative Studio

About the role

Starbucks Creative Studio is seeking a Senior Designer to help shape the brand’s visual language across a wide range of touchpoints. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate strategy into compelling design solutions that bring the Starbucks experience to life.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual concepts for brand identity, packaging, retail environments, signage, digital and print assets.
• Partner with creative directors, art directors, copywriters, project managers and producers to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Translate customer insights and business goals into purposeful design solutions.
• Present concepts and rationales, linking design decisions back to strategy.
• Incorporate cultural trends and fresh inspiration while maintaining brand consistency.
• Iterate based on feedback, ask clarifying questions and refine work to the highest standard.

Required profile

• 5+ years of design experience in an agency or in‑house creative team.
• Strong visual storytelling ability with a portfolio that showcases brand, packaging, retail or digital work.
• Detail‑oriented mindset combined with an understanding of broader business objectives.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and managing multiple priorities.
• Eager for feedback and committed to continuous growth as a designer.
