Senior Data Scientist, Full Stack

About the role

Senior Data Scientist, Full Stack at SentiLink will design, develop, and productionize fraud detection models that protect millions of identities daily. You will work across product teams, research new fraud types, and deliver end‑to‑end data‑science solutions in a fast‑moving fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fraud detection models through the full lifecycle, from data acquisition and labeling to training, experimentation, productionalization, and monitoring.
• Build foundational modeling for SentiLink’s expanding suite of fraud and financial‑risk products.
• Research emerging fraud patterns and create new identity‑verification products.
• Write production‑ready code for real‑time decision making and ensure robust testing.
• Design, perform, and present analyses that guide data acquisition, product development, risk operations, marketing, and sales.
• Collaborate with engineering, risk operations, and data acquisition teams to secure high‑quality data and support data access.

Required profile

• 4+ years of relevant experience with a PhD (or 6+ years with a Master’s) in a quantitative field.
• Proven track record of solving high‑impact business problems using data‑science or machine‑learning solutions.
• Strong end‑to‑end DS development skills, from defining success metrics to delivering production code and strategic documentation.
• Practical expertise in machine‑learning and statistical methods; familiarity with state‑of‑the‑art techniques is a plus.
• Experience writing production code, unit tests, and communicating results to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment and willingness to develop deep domain expertise in fraud detection.
