Senior Cybersecurity Data Science & Analytics Lead

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level leader to shape and scale the use of security data across the organization. The role partners directly with cybersecurity experts to translate complex security challenges into analytical solutions and scalable products. It combines deep cybersecurity knowledge with advanced data‑science and product thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with cybersecurity and technology stakeholders to define and solve complex analytical problems.
• Develop reusable data products, self‑service capabilities and scalable analytics, moving beyond traditional dashboards.
• Provide analytical support for application security and infrastructure security domains.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical teams and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Approximately 10+ years of relevant experience, including strong applied cybersecurity in application and infrastructure security.
• Advanced data‑science, analytics or statistical analysis experience.
• Experience with CI/CD toolchains, secure software development lifecycle, SaaS and data‑as‑a‑service environments.
• Proven ability to lead projects independently and present technical findings to leadership.
