About the role
The Senior Customer Relationship Manager, Digital Audiences, will lead strategic, high‑value agency and advertiser accounts, driving multi‑dimensional revenue growth and shaping long‑term client strategies. This senior position requires influencing senior stakeholders, negotiating complex deals, and identifying innovative growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Own top‑tier or highly complex accounts with full autonomy, managing multiple buying centers and cross‑platform strategies.
- Develop and execute long‑range account strategies aligned with client business goals.
- Lead executive‑level conversations and negotiations to advance partnership priorities.
- Identify non‑obvious growth opportunities, including cross‑solution expansion and strategic pilots.
- Deliver significant revenue expansion across strategic accounts.
- Represent client perspectives to influence product positioning and roadmap adoption.
- Mentor junior team members and support new business development and strategic pitches.
- Protect existing accounts by proactively identifying churn risk and implementing retention strategies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, new business development, or client relationship management.
- Proven experience in digital advertising, audience data, AdTech, or media sales.
- Executive relationship mastery with senior‑level stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial insight.
