Senior Creative Solutions Project Manager

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for an energetic, creative and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to join its Brand Partnerships team in New York. You will drive the development and cross-functional delivery of media and event-led campaigns for world-leading brands, working closely with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of brand partnership projects (media and event-led), keeping them within budget and on schedule
• Communicate priorities, deadlines, developments and key decisions clearly across internal departments
• Lead day-to-day client communication and identify upsell opportunities
• Run campaign reporting and analysis, turning data into actionable insights
• Work with Sales and Creative Strategists on interpreting client briefs and packaging deliverables
• Build relationships with key clients, brand partners, influencers and third parties
• Analyze market and competitor trends in media and events to improve internal tools

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience, ideally in a media owner or a creative, digital or events agency
• Background in Project Management, Account Management or Production with client-servicing expertise
• Professional fluency in English, with strong oral and written communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build client-facing decks and proposals
• Strategic and analytical skills, with the option to appear on camera for social content
