Senior Corporate and Enterprise Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Senior Corporate and Enterprise Engagement Specialist supports the executive office, Board of Directors, and senior leadership at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. This role designs and implements high‑profile, cross‑functional programs, special projects, and events that advance corporate and enterprise engagement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and provides support for a variety of strategic projects and initiatives.
• Analyzes business issues, develops sustainable solutions, and influences departmental strategies.
• Manages dashboards, data analysis, budgets, records, and reporting to ensure accurate governance information.
• Ensures compliance with Board and Bank policies related to governance and by‑law requirements.
• Produces written reports, talking points, and presentations for senior executives and Board members.
• Facilitates and presents information to cross‑functional teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
• Anticipates risks, conducts research, and delivers high‑quality outcomes on confidential matters.

Required profile

• Senior individual contributor with broad autonomy and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting concise messages for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated experience influencing business and operational strategies.
• Ability to handle confidential and complex issues with professionalism.
