Senior Copywriter

About the role

WITHIN is seeking a Senior Copywriter to lead creative development for its B2B client roster. You will craft compelling copy that simplifies complex products and guide a junior copywriter through their day‑to‑day work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop copy for B2B audiences across case studies, email sequences, sales enablement, thought leadership and product messaging.
• Write social, display, landing page and long‑form content that drives conversion.
• Create concept decks for modular, 360° campaigns with minimal art‑director oversight.
• Push back on client feedback when appropriate and set realistic expectations with account managers.
• Directly manage the Copywriter: assign tasks, review work, provide feedback and support professional growth.
• Lead brainstorming sessions, mentor junior designers and copywriters, and train new hires.
• Contribute ideas to improve team processes and independently manage client workload.

Required profile

• Portfolio or website showcasing B2B copywriting and performance results (DTC and social samples a plus).
• 4+ years of copywriting experience with substantial B2B focus.
• Proven experience mentoring or managing other creatives.
