PR Assistant – Support Communications

About the role

We’re seeking a PR Assistant to support Clark’s public relations and communications efforts. This fully onsite role in New York City involves executing PR campaigns, managing media relations, creating content, and enhancing Clark’s presence across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing PR strategies and campaigns.
• Draft press releases, pitches, and other communications materials.
• Monitor media coverage and report on PR metrics.
• Coordinate interviews and media opportunities for executives.
• Maintain relationships with media contacts and track outreach activity.
• Organize PR events and support logistics for industry conferences.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams on joint initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations for response and engagement.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field, ideally in B2B technology or SaaS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and proactive.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, fully onsite environment.
• Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
