Senior Consultant – Inventory Management & Supply Chain Logistics

About the role

Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance team is seeking a Senior Consultant to support inventory accountability, warehouse operations, and logistics transformation for government and public sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support inventory accountability, warehouse operations, material management, audit‑readiness activities, and corrective‑action efforts.
• Develop and maintain standardized reports for inventory and logistics operations, ensuring documentation completeness and traceability for FIAR requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory visibility, asset tracking, material flow, and logistics processes.
• Facilitate cross‑functional working sessions, document action items, and track remediation activities through closure.
• Advise clients on supply chain transformation, logistics process redesign, internal controls, and reporting improvements.
• Provide day‑to‑day client leadership, team oversight, coaching, proposal support, and talent development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years experience in inventory accountability, warehouse operations, material management, or logistics operations.
• 3+ years experience developing standardized inventory or logistics reports.
• 3+ years experience reviewing documentation for audit‑readiness or internal‑control activities.
• 2+ years experience facilitating cross‑functional sessions and tracking remediation.
• Active Secret security clearance and ability to travel 80‑100%.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
