Senior Consultant, Delivery Management Engineer (AI & Engineering)

About the role

Deloitte is hiring a Senior Consultant, Delivery Management Engineer for its AI & Engineering team in New York. The consultant works on the Industry Solutions team within the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice, helping clients modernize workflows, use AI-enabled capabilities and improve content production and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 3-5 concurrent TMT client workstreams, defining, designing and deploying media solutions including workflows, systems and training.
• Translate business requirements into solution roadmaps, product backlogs, implementation plans and value realization strategies.
• Build executive-ready artifacts such as business cases, ROI analyses, transformation roadmaps and governance materials, and present them to VP/CXO stakeholders.
• Coordinate across data science, engineering and product teams to ensure programs meet objectives.
• Set up governance, risk and compliance controls aligned to client security, privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Coach junior practitioners and client stakeholders on adoption, change management and user enablement.
• Support business development, proposals and client presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of consulting or product delivery experience in TMT.
• 2+ years managing client-facing workstreams with 5-10 team members, covering timeline, scope, budget and stakeholder communication.
• Able to travel 50% on average.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Preferred

• Experience in broadcast news, media streaming, content operations, ad tech, telecom, gaming or semiconductors.
• Digital transformation, content workflows or newsroom modernization experience.
• Stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, change management or training experience.
• AI-enabled solutions, AI/ML, MLOps, data platforms and CI/CD familiarity.
• Executive presentation and business case development.

The stated wage range is $105,400 - $207,800, with possible eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program.
