Senior Consultant – BPO Sourcing & Advisory

About the role

As a Senior Consultant at Proxima you will lead complex Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) workstreams, manage senior stakeholders and mentor junior consultants while delivering innovative sourcing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across the BPO sourcing lifecycle, from strategy development and market assessments to provider selection, RFPs, negotiations and transitions.
• Assess existing BPO arrangements to identify cost‑optimization, service improvement, transformation and renegotiation opportunities.
• Support clients in finance & accounting, HR, procurement, customer operations and other back‑office services.
• Guide clients on how automation, AI and digital transformation are reshaping BPO delivery models and sourcing strategies.
• Coach and develop junior consultants and contribute to Proxima’s thought‑leadership and intellectual property.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of the BPO marketplace, major providers, service offerings, commercial models and market trends.
• Experience working for a BPO service provider, advising organizations on BPO strategies, or managing significant BPO relationships.
• Hands‑on experience with the full BPO sourcing lifecycle and strong understanding of contract structures, pricing models, SLAs and governance.
• Strong analytical capability and confidence working with data.

Required skills

• Knowledge of BPO contract structures, pricing models, SLAs and performance management.
• Familiarity with automation, AI and digital transformation impacts on BPO sourcing.
