About the role
Join Reiss as a part‑time Sales Associate on the State Street concession inside Macy's in Chicago. You will deliver premium customer service while supporting the management team to meet sales and operational targets.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a premium and tailored customer service experience.
- Provide in‑depth knowledge of the Reiss brand and its products.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Maintain visual standards throughout the store.
- Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador.
Required profile
- Experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in premium or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, focused and driven to achieve individual and team goals.
- Team player able to work under pressure.
