Senior Community Manager for Scottsdale Gateway Phase II

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Scottsdale Gateway Phase II apartment community. The role includes managing staff, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budgets, monitor revenues, and ensure timely rent collection and financial reporting.
• Approve vendor invoices, control expenditures, and oversee petty cash.
• Handle lease enforcement, resident applications, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collections.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
• Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate property staff.
• Maintain owner relationships through updates, tours, and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and capable of independent and team work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Strong computer skills: internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on‑site.
