Senior Communications Manager – Global Talent

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Communications Manager to lead enterprise‑wide internal communications for its Global Talent Organization. The role supports Performance Management, Compensation, and Total Rewards programs, helping employees understand and engage with key workforce initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders across GTO and the broader enterprise to advise on channel, timing, and content for employee communications.
• Develop and socialize communication strategies that align with business needs and insights.
• Execute tactics, monitor results, and ensure accuracy and quality across all messages and channels.
• Provide strategic counsel to Performance Management and Compensation teams, shaping narratives that drive awareness and engagement with Total Rewards programs.
• Lead and support additional priority HR communications projects, scaling impact across LinkedIn.

• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Deep business acumen and strong background in HR communications.
• Passion for storytelling that translates people strategies into compelling narratives.
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and influence without direct authority.
