Senior Clinical Research Coordinator, On Site

About the role

Avacare, a Site Management Organization (SMO) recruiting for IQVIA, is hiring a fully on-site Senior Clinical Research Coordinator in Jefferson City, MO. The role gives CRCs exposure to diverse trials, hands-on responsibilities and a collaborative team, with work across multiple therapeutic areas and complex protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 2 to 6 trials of varying complexity and lead study coordination from start to finish
• Perform clinical procedures and obtain informed consent
• Handle regulatory documentation and prepare for site audits
• Work closely with investigators, sponsors and monitors
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal training

Required profile

• CRC I: minimum 1-3 years in a clinical research setting at a clinical investigative site working with participants
• CRC II: minimum 3 years as a Clinical Research Coordinator at a clinical investigative site
• Solid understanding of site operations and the drug development process
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail and time management

Required skills

• Hands-on experience obtaining vital signs, performing phlebotomy, conducting ECGs and processing lab specimens
• Comfortable using CTMS, eCRFs and Microsoft Office tools

The potential base pay range, when annualized, is $44,300 to $110,500, depending on qualifications, location and schedule. Incentive plans, bonuses and other benefits may also apply.
