Senior Clinic Launch Associate (West Coast)

About the role

Rula is seeking a Senior Clinic Launch Associate to open and operate physical therapy clinics on the West Coast. You will work in the field preparing new spaces, supporting therapists, coordinating vendors, and solving day‑to‑day operational issues.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and launch new clinic locations, ensuring all physical and administrative needs are met.
• Act as the primary local point of contact for therapists, resolving platform and scheduling issues.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Support, Marketing, Provider Success) and external vendors.
• Travel to multiple U.S. markets and stay on‑site for weeks or months during launches.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in multi‑site operations, facilities, hospitality, retail, events, or similar.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly identify and resolve physical and administrative roadblocks on‑site.
• Willingness to travel and be based on the West Coast.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Basic data visualization abilities.
• Ability to learn new software platforms quickly (e.g., Ops App, Hex dashboard).
