Senior Client Advisor - FINPRO/Architect, Engineer & Contractor Professional Liability

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Senior Client Advisor for its FINPRO practice covering architects, engineers and contractors professional liability. The position is based in Dallas, Texas, and is hybrid, with at least three days per week spent in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and underwriters, and act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day service needs.
• Understand clients' business priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs, and advise them on complex risks.
• Review clients' exposures and loss experience, recommend additional products and services, and identify needs for new products.
• Deliver technical expertise and lead presentations of RFPs.
• Develop, present and oversee the execution of renewal and placement strategies with Placement, Advisory Leaders and Client Executives.
• Manage large or complex accounts, oversee client deliverables and ensure quality of placements.

Required profile

• 10+ years of industry experience; architect and engineer experience preferred.
• Financial and professional liability experience is a must.
• P&C license required, or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
