Senior Behavioral Health Integration Clinician & Clinical Excellence Lead

About the role

The Senior Behavioral Health Integration Clinician (BHIC) & Clinical Excellence Lead provides direct patient care while leading the Collaborative Care team. This dual‑function role balances 50% clinical work with 50% leadership, ensuring high‑quality behavioral health integration in primary care.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of Collaborative Care services, supervise associate‑level clinicians, and ensure compliance with Oregon licensing, state and federal regulations.
• Conduct behavioral health and substance use screenings, participate in interdisciplinary care planning, track patient progress with validated outcome measures, and document care in the EHR.
• Mentor, hire, onboard, and develop clinicians, maintain model fidelity, and support the design of new clinical programs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Rehabilitation or related field.
• Oregon independent licensure (LPC or LMFT) with Qualified Supervisor status.
• 5+ years of experience in behavioral health intervention, case management, or care coordination, preferably with chronic medical populations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Experience with telehealth workflows and multiple software applications.
