Senior Banker – Private Banking

About the role

Santander, a global leader in financial services, is seeking a Senior Banker to join its private banking team in Miami. The role focuses on serving high‑net‑worth individuals across Latin America, delivering comprehensive banking, credit, asset and risk‑management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and retain relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Participate in private banking activities for clients in Mexico, Venezuela, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, and other Latin American markets.
• Analyze investment opportunities, review corporate financial reports, and prepare detailed investment reports.
• Provide up‑to‑date investment information and execute clients’ investment decisions.
• Collaborate with Private Wealth, Products, and Compliance teams to create sales strategies and cross‑business synergies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance or a related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of private banking experience delivering investment‑management advice to high‑net‑worth clients.
