Senior Backend / API Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Backend/API Developer to design, build, and enhance backend services and API‑driven applications in a modern microservices environment. The role focuses on creating reliable, scalable solutions using C#/.NET and supporting cloud‑based modernization initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Design and implement microservices, ensuring smooth inter‑service communication.
• Work with relational (SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, including schema design and performance tuning.
• Build containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop ETL pipelines, support data migration, and ensure data accuracy.
• Apply secure coding practices, covering authentication, authorization, encryption, and OWASP guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional backend development experience with C#/.NET.
• Proven experience designing, building, and supporting RESTful APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services (RDS, Lambda).
• Strong SQL Server expertise and familiarity with MongoDB or similar NoSQL platforms.
• Experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, and large‑scale data migrations.
• Solid understanding of security principles and secure coding practices.
• Proficiency with Git and strong debugging skills in distributed environments.
