Senior AV Technician

About the role

At Beyond Audio, the work doesn’t end at handoff – it’s a relationship. We are seeking a Senior AV Technician who takes pride in getting the details right long after everyone else has moved on. The role is hands‑on, field‑focused, and centered on ultra‑luxury residential environments.

Key responsibilities

• Service residential A/V, home theater, networking, automation, lighting, shading, security systems, and video walls.
• Troubleshoot Crestron and Control4 systems and provide on‑site support.
• Read and interpret floor plans and technical documents.
• Understand wiring, signal flow, and advanced networking concepts.
• Program control systems and train clients on system use.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Trustworthy, high EQ individual with a pleasant disposition.
• Steady work history (minimum three years) and a hunger to learn and grow.
• Comfortable working independently in occupied ultra‑luxury homes.
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed.

Required skills

• Experience with Crestron control systems.
• Experience with Control4 automation platforms.
• Strong networking knowledge.
• Control system programming ability.
