About the role

Senior AV Service Technician role focused on servicing residential audio‑visual, home theater, networking, control, lighting, shading and security systems for luxury homes in Culver City.

Key responsibilities

• Servicing residential A/V, home theater, network, control, lighting, shading, and security systems.
• Reading and interpreting floor plans and technical documents.
• Understanding wiring and signal flow.
• Troubleshooting systems such as Crestron, Savant, Control4, and Lutron QSX.
• Advanced networking troubleshooting.
• Advanced troubleshooting of integrated AV, automation, lighting, and environmental controls.
• Control system programming.
• Training clients on system use.
• Providing excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Trustworthy individual with high EQ.
• Hands‑on, field‑oriented mindset.
• Technically inclined and curious about how things work.
• Steady work history (3+ years) and pleasant disposition.
• Ability to work independently in occupied luxury homes.
