Senior Associate, Transaction Advisory

About the role

Beech Valley is seeking a Senior Associate-level consultant to support a Transaction Advisory team with Quality of Earnings (QoE) and Financial Due Diligence work across an active engagement pipeline. This interim role requires quick onboarding, clean analysis, and delivery under tight timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
• Build and analyze QoE deliverables, including normalized EBITDA, revenue and margin analysis, working capital and net debt considerations, and customer concentration analyses.
• Prepare clear schedules, exhibits, and contribute to report writing and storytelling.
• Gather and organize client financial data, streamline data requests, and collaborate with engagement leads to meet deadlines across multiple workstreams.

Required profile

• Senior Associate experience in Transaction Advisory, Financial Due Diligence, or Quality of Earnings.
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and common diligence adjustments.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities and quick turnarounds.
• Clear communicator who can synthesize findings into client‑ready output.

Required skills

• Strong Excel skills for large datasets, pivots, modeling, and reconciliations.
