Senior Associate – Deal Data Technology & Analytics

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Deals (M&A) Tech & Data team. In this role you will apply advanced analytics, data engineering and generative AI techniques to help clients extract insights from large, complex datasets and support strategic M&A decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Build tech‑enabled business solutions and communicate with both technologists and business partners.
• Analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members and maintain rigorous delivery standards.
• Navigate multiple engagements, manage stakeholder expectations and deliver data‑driven insights.
• Leverage data‑visualisation tools and programming languages to create dashboards and automated reports.
• Harness modern technologies, data engineering, and generative AI to develop AI strategies, use‑case roadmaps and client storytelling.
• Experiment with emerging AI tools for structured and unstructured data extraction, scenario modelling and automated reporting.
