About the role

The Senior Associate – Controls Delivery will lead the development and execution of control programs to mitigate operational and IT risk. This role works across the three lines of defense, regulatory support, IT, cyber, and business controls to ensure effective internal controls and risk culture.

Key responsibilities

Partner with technology and risk teams to create and govern risk treatment and remediation plans.
Lead cross‑functional implementation of compliance programs and assess control gaps.
Drive execution of controls across business continuity, disaster recovery, regulatory exam support, and risk training.
Prepare and present reports, metrics and KRIs to senior management.

Required profile

5+ years of experience in risk and controls management, preferably 7+ years.
Experience working with first, second and third line of defense partners and regulatory bodies.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with senior leaders.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
