Senior Associate – Consultant, Strategy & Execution – Supply Chain

About the role

EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution Supply Chain practice is seeking a Senior Associate‑Consultant to join its team of experienced professionals. You will work with leading supply chain organizations on complex transactions and transformations, helping clients improve performance and resilience across the entire supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full transaction lifecycle, including pre‑sign diligence, sign‑to‑close planning, and post‑close execution for M&A and divestiture projects.
• Analyze and solve complex supply chain challenges, delivering innovative solutions that enhance planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery functions.
• Collaborate with CEOs, Boards, private‑equity partners, and government stakeholders to shape strategic outcomes.
• Contribute to practice development initiatives and support a high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field (or a graduate degree with equivalent experience).
• Approximately 2 years of relevant work experience (or 18 months with a graduate degree).
• Strong business acumen and ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and a collaborative mindset.
