Senior Assistant Manager

About the role

As a Senior Assistant Manager you will lead a dynamic team, handpicking and training crew members to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will set the gold standard for performance, culture and career development within the restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and conduct orientations for top Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop comprehensive training plans, mentor Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders and Team Member Trainers.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance while fostering equity, inclusion and belonging.
• Address and resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage personally with customers, swiftly resolving issues.
• Strategically schedule staff, coach management on CHAMPS standards and lead product rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget and develop profitability strategies.
• Monitor competitors and aim to exceed their standards, including digital presence and loyalty programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years in restaurant or retail management with strong people‑management track record.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs.
