Senior Android Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Android Developer to join our dynamic team and deliver cutting‑edge mobile experiences for a leading digital‑crafting technology client in the United States. You will work closely with designers, backend engineers and product managers to create high‑quality Android applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
• Integrate mobile apps with backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Participate in UI/UX discussions and provide guidance on usability and visual design.
• Take part in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, feature grooming and code reviews.
• Write and maintain unit, integration and UI tests to ensure reliability.
• Research and adopt new technologies and best practices to improve development efficiency.
• Communicate directly with US‑based stakeholders to align expectations and deliver solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Kotlin and Java.
• Experience building apps compatible with Android 6.0 (API 23) or higher.
• Solid knowledge of architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVC or Clean Architecture.
• Proven ability to create adaptive UI layouts for various device configurations.
• Excellent problem‑solving, debugging and communication skills.
• High level of written and spoken English.
