Senior Analyst - Sales Support

Stryker is hiring a Senior Analyst - Sales Support in Cary, North Carolina, with a hybrid work arrangement. The role partners with Sales, Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver insights, reporting and operational support that improve business performance and customer outcomes. Key responsibilities

• Lead complex sales analytics projects supporting business planning, pricing, territory management and commercial decision-making.
• Develop dashboards, reports and automated reporting solutions that give actionable insights to sales and business leaders.
• Analyze customer, market and sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for optimization.
• Translate business requests into analytical approaches, recommendations and measurable action plans.
• Support pricing and quoting by using market analysis and customer data to inform recommendations.
• Maintain and enhance CRM data, account assignments and sales tracking processes to ensure data accuracy.
• Create executive-ready analyses and presentations on business impact, performance trends and strategic opportunities.
• Train and support team members on reporting tools, analytics processes and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales operations, business analytics, data analytics, commercial operations, finance or a related field.
• Experience working with customer, sales, market or operational data to support business decisions.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis techniques.
• Data cleansing and automation experience.
• Preferred: Power Query, Power Automate, DAX and data modeling.
• Preferred: dashboard and report development with business intelligence tools such as Power BI.

What we offer

• Pay ranges starting at $69,500 and going up to $144,200 per year depending on U.S. location.
• Hybrid work arrangement.
• 10% travel percentage.
