Senior Analyst – Product Specialist & Investor Relations

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Product Specialist & Investor Relations will join Greystar’s Global Product Specialist team within Investment Management. This interdisciplinary position supports fund formation and capital‑raising activities for European commingled funds, working closely with institutional investors and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end investor due‑diligence processes, preparing responses to questionnaires and information requests.
• Support fundraising initiatives across European commingled funds, including market positioning, investor outreach, and data‑driven capital‑raising projects.
• Respond to investor inquiries with accuracy, coordinate onsite meetings and property tours, and travel as needed.
• Manage project‑workstreams, facilitate internal discussions, and assist with closing processes.
• Conduct periodic operational due‑diligence reviews, KYC onboarding, and ongoing monitoring of investor and competitor fund landscapes.
• Prepare marketing and investor materials such as pitchbooks, fund offering documents, and DDQs, collaborating with Compliance.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with global institutional investors.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience or strong interest in investor relations, capital raising, or fund formation, preferably within real‑estate investment.
• Willingness to travel for investor meetings and property tours.
