About the role
The University of Miami Health system (UHealth) is seeking a full‑time Senior Analyst to lead finance process transformation initiatives across the organization. In this role you will plan, implement, and track projects that improve finance effectiveness and efficiency, while ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with finance teams to identify improvement opportunities and define project scopes.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource estimates.
- Monitor project progress, adjust scope or timelines as needed, and ensure successful completion.
- Select and train project team members, assign tasks, and oversee quality of deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver status presentations and final reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with university policies and safeguard assets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant finance or process improvement experience.
- Proven ability to collect, organize, and analyze data to drive decisions.
