Senior Analyst – Finance Operations

About the role

The Finance Operations Specialist supports core financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and operational excellence across accounting and finance functions. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams to manage financial data, oversee system workflows, and provide insights for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of GL entries and financial reports, maintaining documentation for audit purposes.
• Support creation and maintenance of project‑related financial data, including capital asset documentation and spend tracking.
• Maintain headcount and workforce data in timekeeping systems and compile monthly headcount metrics.
• Administer Procure‑to‑Pay system, manage vendor data, and ensure workflow integrity.
• Participate in process documentation, ad‑hoc financial analysis, and special improvement projects.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2‑3 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of GL processes, financial controls, and accrual methodologies.
