Senior Analyst, Enterprise Analytics

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Enterprise Analytics will lead the delivery of actionable insights that shape data‑driven strategy across Great Minds. You will design and execute high‑impact analytics initiatives, build reusable assets, and serve as a trusted thought partner to senior business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to frame ambiguous business problems, define analytical approaches, and deliver solutions that withstand real‑world decision pressure.
• Resolve conflicting metric definitions, establish shared business semantics, and design semantic models and reporting frameworks for multiple departments.
• Integrate data from disparate systems (CRM, ERP, marketing platforms) into durable, enterprise‑wide solutions.
• Architect and maintain enterprise‑level dashboards with long‑term accuracy and maintainability.
• Document analysis reasoning and metric logic to ensure future reproducibility.
• Set standards for analytics construction and reuse, and mentor analysts and self‑service users.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience delivering end‑to‑end analytics, from problem framing to delivery.
• Hands‑on fluency with a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) and performance tuning; Azure preferred, AWS also relevant.
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Proven ability to translate vague senior stakeholder requests into scoped projects and communicate results effectively.

Required skills

• Python for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
• SQL and complex query development in cloud warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
• Semantic modeling, dimensional modeling (star schemas, slowly changing dimensions).
• Version control and basic software‑engineering practices (e.g., Git).
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
• Data validation and quality‑check implementation.
