Senior Analyst, Corporate FP&A

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Corporate FP&A supports enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, and performance analysis. The role partners with Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations, Operations, and senior leadership to deliver actionable financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Annual Operating Plan, long‑range planning, quarterly forecasts and rolling outlooks.
• Prepare monthly executive reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and Board of Directors materials.
• Perform variance analysis, build financial models for strategic initiatives, and evaluate investments and business cases.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights, identify risks, and improve forecast accuracy.
• Automate recurring reports, enhance planning models, and support NetSuite, Power BI, and future planning applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3–6 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting or Big Four advisory experience.
• Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in a public‑company environment is strongly preferred.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Power BI, NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Oracle PBCS.
• ERP systems and business analytics tools.
