Senior Analyst, Corporate Development & Investor Relations

About the role

Beta Bionics seeks a Senior Analyst to support Corporate Development, Investor Relations, and Clinical Strategy initiatives. This on‑site role in San Diego offers the chance to work directly with C‑level executives and capital markets in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate partnership, licensing, and M&A opportunities through market research, financial modeling, and due diligence.
• Prepare earnings materials, investor presentations, quarterly reports, and maintain investor communications.
• Partner with Clinical Operations to support growth initiatives tied to early and late‑stage clinical trials, including budgeting and vendor coordination.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and the diabetes technology landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in equity research, corporate development, M&A consulting, investment banking, or related analytical role, preferably with life‑science exposure.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate complex concepts for internal and external audiences.
