Senior AI Systems Administrator

About the role

MCI is seeking a Senior AI Systems Administrator to manage and optimize the infrastructure that supports AI and machine learning platforms. The role ensures high availability, security, and scalability of AI environments while collaborating with AI engineers, data scientists, and infrastructure teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee AI and machine learning infrastructure, including servers, cloud environments, and compute resources.
• Design and implement scalable environments for AI workloads, optimizing performance and efficiency.
• Maintain security controls, access management, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Mentor junior administrators, evaluate emerging technologies, and recommend architectural improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Significant experience managing AI/ML infrastructure in a cloud or hybrid environment.
• Strong understanding of system performance, reliability, and security best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional technical teams.

Required skills

• Management of GPU and CPU resources for AI workloads.
