Senior AI Platform Engineer – DevOps

About the role

Mastercard’s AI Platform Engineering team is looking for a Senior AI Platform Engineer with a DevOps focus. You will design, build, and operate enterprise‑wide AI infrastructure that enables secure, scalable, and reliable machine‑learning workloads across public and private clouds.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement core AI platform services, including compute, storage, and networking resources.
• Develop and maintain MLOps pipelines to automate model training, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure platform reliability, observability, and governance through monitoring, logging, and security controls.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional AI teams to enable self‑service capabilities and accelerate solution delivery.
• Drive automation and tooling improvements to reduce operational overhead.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in platform engineering and DevOps for AI/ML workloads.
• Strong understanding of cloud environments (public and private) and enterprise‑grade security practices.
• Proven ability to design scalable, highly available systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
