Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting

About the role

The Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting will ensure timely, accurate and compliant reporting for Bosch Home Comfort Group entities. You will work closely with finance teams across LATAM, Mexico and other legal entities to deliver high‑quality IFRS financial statements and support management decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead preparation, review and submission of quarterly and annual IFRS financial reports for all Home Comfort entities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards, Bosch Group accounting policies and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate IFRS reporting activities across legal entities and act as primary liaison for LATAM and Mexico reporting matters.
• Manage consolidation processes, including review and approval of material journal entries and reconciliation of financial data.
• Prepare and analyse management reporting packages, covering balance‑sheet reviews, P&L analysis, KPI reporting and shared‑service centre performance.
• Support shareholder, board and executive reporting through financial presentations and materials.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on assigned IFRS standards to finance teams.
• Serve as main contact for external auditors and international finance stakeholders on IFRS and consolidation issues.
• Drive process‑improvement, standardisation and automation initiatives within consolidation and reporting functions.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and local GAAP requirements.
• Experience in consolidation, journal‑entry review and financial data reconciliation.
• Ability to coordinate reporting across multiple legal entities and regions.
• Excellent analytical skills for management reporting and KPI analysis.
• Effective communication with auditors, finance teams and senior management.
