Senior Account Manager – Healthcare Communications

About the role

Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead client projects in the healthcare communications space. You will work with top pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical‑device clients, shaping strategies and delivering integrated marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop presentations, creative briefs, PR materials and other client‑facing communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define marketing strategies, capture client feedback and ensure alignment on scope and approach.
• Analyze research data, produce concise summaries and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with functional experts across the agency to execute coordinated campaigns.
• Manage project financials, including budgets, billing, billable hours and monthly forecasts.
• Communicate client expectations internally to secure appropriate staffing and performance standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing healthcare communications accounts for pharma, biotech or medical‑device brands.
• Strong ability to lead cross‑functional teams and supervise junior account staff.
• Excellent analytical, presentation and client‑service skills.
