Semiconductor Project Manager

About the role

The Semiconductor Project Manager will lead and support a variety of semiconductor initiatives, acting as a key liaison between Texas A&M Engineering, industry partners, and other stakeholders. This role focuses on industry engagement, proposal development, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with semiconductor industry partners to foster collaboration.
• Assist in the development, writing, and submission of proposals for funding and partnership opportunities.
• Serve as a liaison between the college, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to facilitate communication.
• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of semiconductor projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Prepare regular progress reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least seven years of related experience.
• PhD or Master's degree with semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
• Strong project management abilities and the capacity to work with diverse stakeholders.
